ASK FOR A TRAVEL GRANT
Two travel grants of 1000€ each are available to students, PhD-students, MDs in specialization training with less than 5 years experience who present an abstract.

VAT
For all delegates, the amount of the fee will be VAT exempt.
Conditions for cancellation, refunds and change
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the conference secretariat, info@oog2025.it. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until March 15th, 2025 up to which date the total amount will be refunded except for a cancellation fee of 75€.
We regret that no refunds or reductions of fees will be accepted for cancellations made after March 15th, 2025.
Change of delegate
If you are not able to participate, you are welcome to give your spot to a colleague. Please contact the conference secretariat to do so.
